I'm running an Avorion server (port 27000 btw), and naturally I'm often able to reach it via LAN, but others externally.
Trying to setup a convenient URL on our site to click to connect, however whenever I try it on my end, it doesn't work.
I put into my browser "steam://connect/x.x.x.x:27000" (x.x.x.x = LAN IP). When I go to it (xdg pop-up prompt, click proceed), it brings up the interface where I'm trying to see info about the server, but it says server isn't responding. Plus hitting Join doesn't work. I know this is bogus because a) server is online, and b) when I use the server browser and go to LAN tab, I can see the server and get info.
This looks to be a bug and kinda annoying since the whole steam:// protocol thing is kinda neat.
