Embedded webms do not show thumbnail, nor do they even playback properly. This happens in almost all of the different Linux distros I've tried.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open any chat
2. Upload webm
3. Will get a empty thumbnail and no playback everytime. MP4 works fine.
