Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Sending a YouTube link to a specific video in a playlist currently makes it appear as though you sent a normal video link rather than a playlist YouTube link. I'm not sure what the best way to handle this would be as I'm not too familiar with YouTube embeds, however it would be nice to preserve the link's "playlistness".

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Send a YouTube link that links to a specific video in a playlist to someone in the Steam Chat (this one reproduces it: https://youtu.be/hQ2I8D2ogrs?list=PLSPw4ASQYyynKPY0I-QFHK0iJTjnvNUys)
2. Observe that the link gets converted to a YouTube embed after it has been sent
3. Note that there now is no association to the playlist
