Not sure if this is the right place to report this, but IEconService/GetTradeOffers randomly returns 0 for escrow_end_date when it should be positive.
When I try to cancel the trade (and it has a state of 11) with IEconService/CancelTradeOffer, it returns {'response': {}} and the trade is not canceled.
