Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

It's more a question than a real issue, I use much time Remote Play and sometimes I need to restart the "Game desktop" so that the Stream button is visible (sometimes few games not display it before restarting one or other). But I never have any issue with the steam link application.

I was thinking, is there a way to just asking steam to connect on my machine (like in steam link) and so I can lunch the games without issues because I would have the "Games desktop" interface?

Steps for reproducing this issue:

Launching steam on the desktop that have the games
Launching steam on the computer that will connect on the "games desktop"
Sometimes "Streaming" appear for few games or not, sometimes it just not work without rebooting Steam that is on the "games desktop"

@kisak-valve Not sure if I must add it here or if there is a better ticket, but I think that the games that not appear as possible to Stream are Proton games.

I just started my laptop steam and I see for example L4D2 but not the 1 game I played on Steam Link and another one I played few days ago. I know these 2 games use Proton. I'm not 100% sure but at first view it look like I just have my Linux games that appear as stramable.
