Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Since battlepass appeared I think I have issue when I exit dota - after about 5 seconds steam becomes unresponsive and crashes. I checked with other games, and nothing I checked causes this issue.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

Lauch Dota (maybe having bought battlepass, not sure about this one)
Exit Dota

I don't know what happened yesterday, but when I launched to test it today, it still happens.
