Sometimes when I go to my library I run into an error:

Error Code: -105
Unable to connect to server. Server may be offline or you may not be connected to the internet.

Downloads still continue, I can still go to Store, Community and Profile. Only the Library is affected.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

This issue had been fixed on a previous version of steam, but resurfaced on the latest stable release. The beta does not have this issue. The beta has this issue as well.

Another user found out that the library will display if you close steam and re-open it.

Do you have your library in a separate volume? It seems to be related to it.

I had an issue with my OS installation so I had to reinstall everything. I installed the steam-native version instead and I never got the problem.
