My Dualshock 3 is randomly disconnecting every few seconds/minutes in game.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

Start Steam with a Dualshock 3 plugged in
Start a game
Play until it disconnects.

Hi, well it doesn't seen to happen with anything but Steam so...

Edit : I've been playing on RPCS3 for 2 hours straight without any problem.

Hi, chiming in to add that my DS4 controller is doing the same thing. The problem only manifests while playing in Steam, DS4 controller disconnects for a second and reconnects. I tried Steam Beta, other USB ports, disabling Playstation Configuration Support, even a fresh install to be sure.
Edit: this is pure Archlinux.
