Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

My PS4 controller is recognized by the big picture mode, but it does not work in games. I've tested the following games:

  • Bastion
  • Super Meat Boy
  • Transistor
  • CODE VEIN
  • Valkyria Chronicles
  • Nier: Automata

A few months ago, my controller worked just fine. I used it to clear Nier: Automata and to play 10+ hours of Valkyria Chronicles.

It works fine with my laptop that has a fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. Had to try it as I really feel like playing Valkyria Chronicles today.

This might be an issue with 18.04 LTS as upgrading to 20.04 LTS fixed the issue on the computer that I was having issues with.
