Unlisted steam games that where on the wishlist when delisting occurred remain on the wishlist perpetually hidden, they are revealed to still be there when executing a wishlist access with a third party website for example.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Have a game on wishlist that gets delisted
2. Synchronize the wishlist in a third party website
3. Unlisted games are still there
