In the main window, you can also go to Steam (upper left) -> Exit.
Alt + F4 on the last open Steam window will cause the Steam client to exit. (#3056)
It seems that this method:
Alt + F4 on the last open Steam window will cause the Steam client to exit. (#3056)
was considered a bug, and has now been fixed. So this issue is once again relevant.
There is now no keyboard shortcut to quit Steam entirely - doubly so since the menu bar itself (if not the entire Steam client) is seemingly completely inaccessible via keyboard.
Nothing extracted yet.

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
I wanted to make a feature request to add Ctrl+q as a command to close the client. (not minimize like the X button but close down the entire client.
Currently the only way I know how to close the client is by right-clicking on the steam icon in the taskbar which means that if I was running steam on Manjaro i3 instead of KDE the only way I'd be able to close the client is by killing the steam process from the terminal.
