Update: I used another provider, problem is actual.
Update 04.12.2020: I noticed that the problem is observed on certain ip addresses and but not always . But before the problem was not observed.
Update 05.12.2020: When i restart process install - downloading speed it's OK (maybe reconnect to different steam servers for download).

Hello, i have some problems with network speed . About seven day ago i have speed downloading from your servers 30/40 mb, now sometiems server downloading speed have 1 mb/minutes. And sometimes i have regular network speed downloading from your servers (30/40 mb in one seconds).
I have many dedicated servers and this problem appears at all my servers at different time.
Basically i downloads this App IDS:

I have 1 GB in one second speed network and all my dedicated servers have OC Ubuntu 18.04
Now i have last version steamcmd and problem is acutal.
