A minor difference between the rest of the dropdowns in Steam, the dropdown for steam library selection uses a text selection cursor and the user cannot click the text to expand the entries ‐ you have to use the arrow, unlike the rest of the gui.
Shown next to language selection dropdown, can click anywhere on the field to expand it, and it uses the regular pointer.

Verified with a windows user that this is different to behaviour there.
