Old game settings window had DLC tab
I expected it to be there, but it wasn't
I think it makes UX worse, since managing DLC was in game settings window for many years

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Find game that has DLC
2. Open game settings
3. Observe no DLC tab or "Manage DLC" button
