I turn off my connected xbox one wireless controller and steam big picture mode happens
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Open steam
Turn on Xbox one wireless controller, have it automatically connect over bluetooth
Make sure steam is the focused window
Hold the Xbox button for 6 seconds to turn the controller off
Right as the controller turns off, steam big picture mode opens
(I think that the Xbox button maps to the home button, so steam is seeing that as a request to open big picture, but I just want to turn my controller off)
