It takes a long time to load the maps in team fortress 2

Hi,
I'm testing team fortress 2 on ubuntu 32 bit system.

I have one problem with load times. The game always takes 2 minutes and 30 seconds to load any map. And when load the game, automatically the game kick me for pass a lot of time in spectator mode. I tested in low graphics mode and in high graphics mode with the same result.

I think the problem is in my graphic card. I have one AMD Radeon HD 6800 with ATI catalyst 13.1.
