Exa Punks has an in-game option for opening the game manuals in a browser. Spamming the buttons to open the PDFs makes the buttons stop working. When shutting down the game, the game often freezes and must be forcefully shut down. Afterwards, the steam library is frozen. Sometimes it's just the library tab and sometimes it's the whole steam client. This does not work 100% of the time. My suspicion is that the game leaves a chromium process in the background from what I guessed from my task manager.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open Exapunks
2. Spam open the manual PDF's
3. Close the game from the ingame menu, the game freezes
4. Forcefully shut down the game
5. Click the stop button on steam

Results

Steam freezes after a few seconds.
