Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

In an effort to make valve's contributions to the Linux gaming ecosystem more visible to the rest of the gaming community I think it would be good to advertise which games are whitelisted on their store pages and in search results. As of right now there is no way to see if a game is whitelisted in the steam client. As an example DOOM 2016 does not show any indication of it being supported in proton even though it was one of the original games to be whitelisted.

I am imagining an icon in the same location as the "supported OS" icons that show Windows, Mac, and Linux similar to the old "steamplay" icon but instead mentioning proton.

could be useful. but youre only talking about the 40 officially supported games.

The list is growing constantly, and I would definitely appreciate some kind of Steam Play whitelist indicator on store pages.

It's currently around 155 games

And with Steam Deck the situation will only get better.
