Dualshock3/Sixaxis controllers not getting detected by steam, even though the OS detects it, and it works in certain games.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Install the required packages for DS3 support (udev rules, bluez plugin)
2. Plug in the controller, optionally pair
3. Check if controller is detected by the OS
4. Open the controller settings menu in steam
