The Recommended, All Content, and Friends Activity tabs stopped working in Big Picture mode after the latest updates.

Reproduced on a Gentoo test box. For clarity, this is about Community -> Suggested / All Content / Friends Activity. Friends Activity works here but needed to wiggle the highlighted item up and down for more content to be loaded.

Also, the Library -> Game -> All (community content) section of some games in my library were affected. The game needed to have a Workshop section on the left sidebar for the All section to take too long to appear.
