Tried to start steam after having installed it with gdebi and it gives me this error:

Have tried different solutions proposed by people in the past years, but none of them works for me.
Has anyone encountered this problem recently?

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Install latest version of Steam (doesn't matter how, I have personally tried different methods)
2. Run Steam.
