Hello @stivyw, does any 32 bit OpenGL application like glxinfo from a 32 bit build of mesa-utils work? Unfortunately, Ubuntu doesn't provide a 32 bit builds of this package on 20.10, so maybe try unpacking https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/i386/mesa-utils/download with an archive utility and use the utility without installing it to the system.

Hello @darealshinji, does any 32 bit OpenGL application like glxinfo from a 32 bit build of mesa-utils work? Unfortunately, Ubuntu doesn't provide a 32 bit builds of this package on 20.04, so maybe try unpacking https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/i386/mesa-utils/download with an archive utility and using the utility without installing it to the system.
Also, please verify that the libnvidia-gl-460:i386 package is installed with something like apt policy libnvidia-gl-460:i386.
Yes, the upgrade accidentally skipped the 32 bit libraries. Fixed it with sudo apt install libnvidia-*-460:i386.

I'm trying to launch steam client, but nothing is showing.
tried:
uninstall and reinstall...
upgrade, dist-upgrade
delete ~/.steam directory
delete ~/steampach
delete ~/steampid
steam --reset command
The proccess is showing on my gnome-system-monitor, but it is freeze...
When I start from terminal, has not log output.
Somebody with the same?
Sometimes it's showning. But when click in Start Steam nothing happens...
If I delete the ~/.steam directory i have the followoing log in the terminal.
