I'm using the default gamepad config for BP and scrolling just doesn't work. Neither in websites nor in guides or seemingly anywhere else where the browser is used to display content.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Launch BP
2. open a website or a guide for a game
3. try to use the sticks to scroll
