Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Steam client crashes without notice on front end after a variable amount of time (seconds up to several minutes). I have a NUC Hades Canyon with AMD Vega Mobile graphics. I never encountered any issues like this before.

Last lines in dmesg say the following:

Eventually, I got to what triggers the crashes but do not yet know why. I reinstalled the entire OS and gradually brought services back in. After installing Docker, the instability reappeared. It can be circumvented, simply by temporarily stopping the Docker services as such:

sudo systemctl stop docker
sudo systemctl stop docker.socket

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Install Steam client for linux via apt install
2. Install Docker as per instructions (see https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/ubuntu/)
3. Reboot, ensuring Docker services are running
4. Start Steam client
5. Wait until steam client crashes (even without starting a game, it will crash)
