This marked area has a translation error. It is meant to represent how much free space left. But due how "Free" can have multiple meanings in Turkish language, wrong one being used here. Current one roughly translates to "Free games" which should be replaced with "Boş alan" , as it means "Free space".
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Steam beta client on Turkish language
Go to Steam settings
Click to "İndirmeler-Kütüphane Klasörleri" to reach this new UI
