Your system information

  • Steam client version (build number or date): July 30 2021, at 00:13:42
  • Distribution (e.g. Ubuntu): Ubuntu 20.04.2
  • Opted into Steam client beta?: Yes
  • Have you checked for system updates?: Yes

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When I have the new Storage Manager window open, if I click on a few types of links in the main steam window, the Storage Manager window closes abruptly. Some of the links I've tested: from a game page in library (installed or not), the Store Page, Community Hub, Find Groups, and from a news article, a link to a store.steampowered.com URL. This does not happen when clicking the Store, Community, or <username> buttons in the chrome of the main steam window.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Open the new Storage Manager window by going to Steam>Settings>Downloads>Steam Library Folders
  2. Navigate to a game of your choice in your Steam library
  3. Click the Store Page link right under the Install/Play/Update button

This appears not to be a crash, but a window being closed in response to an apparently unrelated event. This also happens for game properties windows.
