Hello @Kerry-56, this issue should also be mentioned to the game's dev(s).
Out of mild curiosity, does the game behave the same without using the Steam Linux Runtime container environment?
Thanks for the reply kisak-valve, and thanks for adding the 3rd party game label. I'm new to the site.
The game does the same thing when no container environment is forced. There is no way to enlarge the window that I can find. I've tried using two different Proton versions, and neither would even start the game.
When the game window opens, and I right click on it, the options to maximize or resize the window are also non-functional and greyed out.
Steam support sent me a message saying that Linux Mint (Cinnamon) isn't officially supported, and I should switch to 64 bit Ubuntu for better compatibility.
I have the same problem with PopOS (which is Ubuntu 64). The best I can do is change my screen resolution down to 800x600 (which is messy, but does work).
Nothing extracted yet.

Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
I am playing the original Psychonauts using the Steam Linux Runtime. The game opens in a small window in the center of my screen and I cannot find a way to enlarge it. While playing the game, I can get to the Options window, but none of the options work. I cannot adjust Graphics within the game. Adjusting settings in the DisplaySettings.ini file does nothing. Those settings are back to their original state now.
