Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

The Steam Guard code dialog box no longer appears for me. Ive recently moved and now use a wireless connection now. I cant login to my Steam account since the move. I definitely have a internet connection, as I can update my machine, as well as Steam itself updating at launch. I always have "Remember my password" unticked, so Steam Guard always asks me for a code when I login everytime. Although unticking "Remember my password" doesnt help.

I have also removed everything in my steam root folder except "steamapps" and "userdata", forcing it to download Steam again, but the Steam Guard code dialog still doesnt appear. I have also removed the "registry.vdf" file, but that also didnt work. How can I force Steam to have the Steam Guard code dialog box pop up after logging in. I also dont get a notification from Steam on my phone that I logged in with a code texted.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Have two way authentication enabled
  2. Have "Remember my password" unticked
  3. Try and login to Steam

This was a software issue on my part, not the wireless internet. Sorry for the confusion.

Nothing extracted yet.
