steam message notifications are horrifically distorted. possibly related to using a high bitdepth (24 bit) and a high sample rate (384khz) on pipewire.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. set bitdepth to 24bit and samplerate to 384khz (?)
2. recieve a message on steam
