The latest Steam Beta Update removed my secondary Steam Library. The actual files/folders are still on the disk, but I am unable to re-add them to steam. Trying to do so wield the following error message: "New Steam library folder musts be empty". There seems to be no option to add an existing library with the latest beta client.
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Install latest Steam Beta Client having two or more libraries
Restart Steam after updating
Only primary library remains, unable to re-add existing libraries
