Steam stopped working after upgrading Debian 10 to 11

I have Nvidia 2

I updated Debian 10 to 11 and got this error after trying to launch Steam:

Running Steam on debian 11 64-bit
STEAM_RUNTIME is enabled automatically
Updating Steam runtime environment...
Can't find 'steam-runtime-check-requirements', continuing anyway

Hello @Norfaisbest, can you check if any 32 bit OpenGL application like glxinfo from mesa-utils:i386 works?

Your log snippet doesn't show a fatal error, but we've seen a scenario before where the running kernel module for the nVidia proprietary driver does not match the userspace libraries and as a result, all OpenGL applications get stuck during initialization while they wait on the video driver in a similar way as your log. If you're seeing that scenario, then the easiest way to clear that driver state is to reboot the system.

Reboot didn't fix. glxinfo/glxgears works for me
