Steam won't snap to edges

I checked Steam on Ubuntu 21.10, Manjaro XFCE and It didn't snap to left or right edge. Including edges between displays.
But It works fine in Manjaro KDE. Maybe there is some trouble with XFCE and GNOME windows manager or something like that.
UPD: It's a problem for me because it ruines workflow of GNOME with his shortcuts of its snapping and moving windows without using a mouse. And it's just inconvenient.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Try to snap steam client window to left or right edge

hmm, MATE, steam only snaps to the top for me.

ex: opening a terminal and dragging it to the left/right and top with the mouse will snap fullscreen
ex: chromium window dragging to the left/right and top will snap to fullscreen

steam left/right does nothing
