• Distribution: Arch + i3 WM
• Opted into Steam client beta?: No
• Have you checked for system updates?: I update Arch daily and the Steam client is installed as a Flatpak and updates automatically. I also recently updated my Flatpak packages.

Issue Description & Reproduction Steps

1. Click a "General Discussions" tile in the "All" tab in the Community Hub of some game.
2. A window with the comments opens as a large popup inside the parent window.
3. The "quote", "give award", and "report" buttons on others' comments do not work. Nothing happens on click.
4. Similarly, the "edit" and "delete" buttons on your own comments do nothing.
5. Open the large popup as a new window by clicking the relevant icon at the top of the window.
6. The same buttons now seem to work fine.
