IIRC you can get those on windows too.
It's for AI path finding and they are rebuilt if there is the current one doesn't exist or is out of date (newer map version).
If you replay those levels it shouldn't have to rebuild them again. And thus shouldn't print out that message anymore.
Was told after I filed the bug by @Plagman about it meeting parity with Windows version; would rather not close as it would be nice to have the message removed considering the minimal impact it has on performance on modern systems.
I get it too, on nearly every new level.
Got it near the beginning of Unforeseen Consequences.
I wasn't keeping track of where they all were (and I'm guessing the old ones won't appear again if I start a new playthrough?), but one of them was the transition between the cafeteria and the room with the coffee dispenser.
Nothing extracted yet.
Something like ‘Node graph out of date - rebuilding’ appears on screen very briefly whenever it should be showing level names (I think), but its too quick to grab a screenshot of.
Seen it a few times already and i’m just up to the freezer room.
