Play dota 2 match, then go to steam client-> menu view->menu players, click on player who played with you and report him for hacking in steam. But steam-view-players shows players who played match with you 5 days ago or later

Launch dota 2
Play match
Go to steam-view-players
Shows only players who play with you 5 days ago or later
