Steps for reproducing this issue:
Skins not available in Settings/Interface menu, only [default skin]
multiple skin folders are installed in .local/share/Steam/skins/ and .steam/skins
Have tried installing skins manually and via AUR. Nothing shows.
I've never encountered this issue before with any other linux install.
