The remote play support link (https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0689-74B8-92AC-10F2) is partially obscured in the remote play settings sidetab.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. launch steam
  2. open settings
  3. choose tab "remote play" (only tab that has enough text to overflow the un-resizeable settings window at the time)
