The menu "window" "initializes" (the steam-view-friends options on the top left grey out), but it's not on screen.

It works in a chat window or the friends and chat window.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Go to a game in your library
2. Right click a friend
3. Menu doesn't show up
