Launching a game from the command-line with arguments while the Steam Client is in 'Small Mode' will result in a second, 'Large Mode' client window.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Set your Steam Client to 'Small Mode' by using View > Small Mode on the menu bar of the Steam Client.
2. Open a Terminal Emulator and run a game with arguments, e.g. for Doom II you can try steam "steam://rungameid/2300//-warp 01"
3. A prompt will come up, asking if you want to continue launching with the supplied parameters and a second client window spawns.
