Steps for reproducing this issue:
Steam client has been installed twice on my pc, but I have no access to the cloud and can't upload my own images, as showed here: Screenshot
And there's no way screenshots can be taken during game. My Overlay In-Game is active, I also changed the shortcut's key, I changed folder's permissions, neither attempts worked.
Gameoverlay was crashing when taking a screenshot in my case, but it seems to have worked out. I haven't seen update to Steam but I think wireplumber update fixed this and another issue with Steam client.
