The new Storage Manager appeared some time ago in steam client. It is convenient, but it is very inconvenient to reach it. You should know that it is located in settings, then in download, and then in that "Steam Library Folders" button.
I was in need to open it frequently and wanted to make a shortcut command to reach that window. However, it is currently not possible to open it directly using the steam browser protocol, according to the current documentation page (dated by 16:11, 31 December 2021). The closest I could reach is the download tab in the settings window by the command steam steam://settings/downloads.
It would we useful if the Storage Manager window could be invoked by the command. Such as for example, steam steam://settings/downloads/storagemanager or just steam steam://storagemanager.
