I just want to play some games and the Overlay doesnt start, it is ON in the client's settings.

Steps for reproducing this issue:

  1. Boot up any game
  2. open the overlay (shift tab)
    nothing

I did some more testing, this usually happens when "the game(s) run out of memory (?)"

I am really confused.
