Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

When streaming a game from the Deck to a PC using a display higher than 800p, the stream window appears in the middle of the screen. When using the Steam Link, the stream is full screen (not counting black bars due to the different aspect ratio). Note that the Steam Link app for PC has the same issue as streaming from the Steam client

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Stream a game from the Deck to a PC with a 1080p or higher display
2. Game window shows in the middle of the screen, no scaling is applied

OR

1. Install the Steam Link app
2. Connect the Deck and stream it to the PC
3. Deck window is in the middle of the screen
