When Steam updated TF2 today, progress of update was shown from 99%, not 0%. And Downloads tab showed that update had size 12.2 GB, but I downloaded only 74.2 MB. It's a minor issue, but I think it should be noted.

The file sizes are like this on all Steam clients, the big number isn't the size of the update but the size of the whole package. And sizes are often just rough estimates.
