Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
I have 3 hard drives and 3 corresponding steam library locations. One of them, located under /mnt/arch-games/steam, is no longer correctly recognized by Steam. Steam is aware that there is a library under /mnt/arch-games/ but it has created a new folder /mnt/arch-games/SteamLibrary instead of using the defined one. This results in all previously downloaded games having to be reinstalled or copied to the new folder. It does not seem possible to edit the path from within Settings -> Downloads -> Steam Library Folders. Removing the drive and adding the previous location again remedied the issue.
Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen. Please link any large code pastes as a Github Gist
IMO, you should be able to edit the path AND this should not have happened in the first place.
