I have launched steam after it's made update itself.
Next I see black screen on every tab in steam window (Store/Library/Community etc..) except is steam settings and Big Picture side is working well..

Hello @OTsector, running Steam as root is explicitly unsupported.

That said, as a regular, non-super user, please test if steam -no-cef-sandbox -cef-single-process (from #8475) works around the issue.
