Red orchestra ostfront, game can't open in a window

I want to open Red Orchestra Ostfront 41-45. It seems that the game launches and it's written "opened" in steam (in green letters), but no window opens at all.

Thank you, the link you provided solved my issue.
It was because I changed Open GL to Direct3D in game's options...
