Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:

Very minor bug.

The steam client freezes for 5-20 seconds, when mousing over more discussions in a community hub. Longer freezes depends on amount of replies and comments in a topic. It does not happen in my Firefox web browser.

Don't know if its just a Linux issue could also affect the windows client, then maybe it is chromium?

Steps for reproducing this issue:

1. Open a game community hub that is active
2. Click Discussions, then choose any topic
3. Left 4 dead 2 is a good example, using the first pinned topic.
4. Move mouse cursor to More discussions on the right side
5. A grey text box will show a sample of the first post.
6. It shows on-top of any open windows while frozen, and the steam client isn't responsive.
