Have you checked for system updates?: [Yes/No] Yes
Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
Describe what you expected should happen and what did happen. Please link any large code pastes as a Github Gist
What I expected: CPU and GPU usage similar to that of Windows clients.
What I got: In 'Store' or 'Library', CPU usage is around 30~40%, GPU usage is around 50%. In windows, this would be 10~15%, ~20%. Performance is also very low, framerates dropping to (suspected) single digits, and inputs taking seconds to register or even not registering at all.
For reference: CPU is [email protected], GPU is RTX 2060, RAM is 32GB 3200MT/s, Drive is WD Blue 3D 500GB(sata SSD)
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Launch instance of Steam client.
In 'Store' or 'Library', simply scroll down the contents or even just leave them open.
