Distribution (e.g. Ubuntu): Linux Mint
Opted into Steam client beta?: No
Have you checked for system updates?: Yes
Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible:
Civilization VI, the Linux native version, consistently breaks the Steam overlay until I restart Steam. The Overlay doesn't work for the game itself, yet somehow calls on the Overlay and session-corrupting or occupying it (haven't found out exactly what it's doing - not finding the Overlay active in my processes afterwards, but somehow it gets broken by it).
Steps for reproducing this issue:
Install and launch Civilization VI, Linux native (Aspyr port)
Note the absence of the Overlay while enabled, exit game
Launch another game (doesn't matter which) which you know of to have a functioning Steam Overlay, and notice it's impossible to summon the Overlay
